Ayurvedic medicine, treatments, consultations and massages in Switzerland

What is Ayurveda ?

Living longer and happier is the basic principle of Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Indeed, it is only when body, mind and soul are in harmony that perfect health is possible. As a holistic approach to medicine, Ayurveda considers all aspects of human life: mind, body, lifestyle and environment. Its objective is to prevent and treat illness, but also to develop the capacity for healing, both physical and psychological.

Ayurveda in practice

Diet : Diets are tailored to doshas to promote balance.

Massages and treatments: Ayurvedic massages (such as Abhyanga massage) use specific oils to purify the body and stimulate energy.

Phytotherapy: Use of medicinal plants to prevent or treat imbalances.

Yoga and meditation: To harmonize mind and body.

Detoxification: Techniques like Panchakarma help eliminate toxins.

Ayurvedic Consultations

Ayurveda is based on the balance of body and mind. It offers many benefits, such as reducing stress, eliminating toxins and improving blood circulation. In addition to specialized massages, this practice offers lifestyle adjustments to promote better harmony and better health. According to Ayurveda, human beings have a close relationship with their environment. It takes into account the five "fundamental elements": ether, air, fire, earth and water.

Dalida Aboujian

Ayurvedic Practitioner and Massage Therapist

A former pharmacist, life swiftly redirected my path following graduation, leading me to realize that my pursuit with pharmacy was more aligned with sustainable health and the quest for a longer life in harmony with nature and living beings.

Discovering Ayurveda through the testimonials of clients who underwent detox retreats in India piqued my curiosity. Intrigued, I enrolled in a school in Belgium, and it was love at first sight. I had finally found what I was seeking.

With 17 years of experience in massage and body and face treatments, including 8 years specializing in abhyanga massage, my approach blends Ayurvedic and Thai well-being with therapeutic manipulations.

Consultations and massages can be done at the clients place in Geneva and Vaud regions with extra fees.
